I represent a human-sized engineering consulting firm, widely recognized for the quality of its expertise and its strong commitment to sustainable development. As part of the expansion of its Development & Urban Planning department, the firm is now seeking a Project Manager to support the design and implementation of ambitious territorial development projects.

The Development & Urban Planning department assists public and private stakeholders in transforming ideas into concrete, sustainable, and well-balanced projects, combining economic, social, and environmental dimensions.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate all phases of urban development projects, from preliminary studies to the pre-project stage, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
  2. Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to defining strategic directions (urbanization, planning, architecture, etc.).
  3. Supervise and guide internal and external teams involved in the projects, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to cross-functional company initiatives, particularly those incorporating sustainability and circular-economy principles.
  5. Maintain a climate of trust and ensure smooth communication between all parties: clients, service providers, public administrations, and decision-makers.
  6. Propose ideas to continuously improve internal methods, tools, and processes.

Profile required:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in territorial development, urban planning, or land-use project management.
  2. Strong interest in environmental issues and the circular economy.
  3. Solid knowledge of the legal, regulatory, and technical frameworks related to urban planning projects.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  5. Fluency in French and good command of Luxembourgish and/or German.
  6. Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, and team spirit.
  8. Client-oriented mindset, with a constructive and collaborative approach.

Part-time arrangements may be considered, depending on your needs and availability.

If you are looking for an exciting challenge within a stimulating environment, feel free to apply. Your application will be handled confidentially by Jeanne Guériaux.
