Fonction :

1. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for all AMTB plants aligns with the AMTB’s goals, incorporating benchmarking data to ensure best practices are followed.
2. Supplier Selection: Identify new suppliers, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors who can provide the required goods and services at the best value, quality, and within established timelines.
3. Cost Analysis: Consolidate demand of all plants, analyze and compare supplier quotes, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all purchasing decisions.
4. Budget Management: Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets for both CAPEX purchases, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
5. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Contract Management: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
7. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, implementing efficient inventory control methods, and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
8. Coordination: Collaborate with different plants and departments and ArcelorMittal group purchasing function to ensure alignment of procurement activities, share best practices, and coordinate multi-site purchases efficiently.

Profil :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. 5 years or more experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on CAPEX purchases.
3. French AND english
4. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and techniques.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. In-depth understanding of budget management and financial analysis.
7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
