💼 Your mission: drive growth in Eastern Europe

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you play a key role in supporting the commercial development of Rotarex Fire Suppression Solutions across selected accounts and territories in Eastern Europe.

You contribute to sales growth, ensure high-quality customer support, and build strong, long-term relationships with distributors and clients, working closely with internal technical and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

Sales execution & daily operations

Oversee day-to-day sales activities, including opportunity follow-up and deal progression
Prepare quotations and commercial offers
Handle daily customer and distributor requests
Support order processing and customer communication
Maintain accurate sales documentation and reporting

Coordination & internal collaboration

Coordinate with technical, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
Support the Sales Manager in aligning actions with Rotarex commercial objectives

Client relationship management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Product expertise & market development

Develop strong knowledge of Rotarex Fire Suppression products
Propose tailored solutions adapted to customer needs and market requirements
Contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets and regional growth

Mobility & territory coverage

Travel within the assigned Eastern European territory as required

🛠 Required skills & qualifications

Education & experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Master’s degree is considered a plus
First experience or strong interest in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

Technical & professional skills

Strong interest in technical products and industrial solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment
Good analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Languages

Fluent English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of regional languages relevant to the territory is a strong asset
