About your role: 

You will support Flibco’s European expansion by managing BD project execution, preparing business cases, and coordinating cross-functional activities required to evaluate and launch new airport–city mobility routes. 

This role enables Flibco to accelerate its growth and frees senior leadership for strategic negotiations and long-term commercial development. 


Your Mission: 

Market & Business Case Analysis: 

  • Conduct structured market assessments (airport catchment, flight schedule mapping, competition identification). 

  • Develop route business cases (demand modelling, pricing, operational concepts, P&L). 

  • Produce dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support presentations. 

  • Project Management & Route Launch Execution: 

  • Manage cross-functional project plans for route launches. 

  • Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation actions. 

  • Ensure documentation quality and process standardization. 

Stakeholder & Tender Coordination: 

  • Prepare tender documentation, technical annexes, and compliance requirements. 

  • Coordinate with airports, authorities, and mobility partners. 

  • Support commercial negotiations through structured analysis. 

  • Processes, Tools & Continuous Improvement: 

  • Maintain and improve BD templates, models, and SOPs. 

  • Reduce time-to-market via workflow optimization. 

  • Ensure CRM and BD pipeline updates and reporting.

Who we are looking for: 

We are seeking a structured and analytical professional with a strong execution mindset, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines excellent organizational skills with solid business acumen and outstanding stakeholder management abilities. 


Required experience and background: 

  • 3–6 years in project management, business development, consulting, aviation, mobility or logistics. 

  • Experience with multi-stakeholder environments (airports, municipalities, authorities) is an advantage. 

  • Proven experience preparing business cases, dashboards, or tender documents. 

  • Familiarity with transportation or aviation economics is preferred. 

Technical Skills 

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. 

  • Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides). 

  • Knowledge of project management tools and frameworks. 

  • CRM/pipeline experience is a plus. 

  • Languages: English required; French or German a strong advantage. 

Soft Skills & Competencies 

  • Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented. 

  • Strong communication and capable of managing stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently. 

  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working with ambiguity. 

  • Curious, data-driven, and process-oriented. 

 

Why this role is essential for Flibco: 

This role will be a key driver of Flibco’s growth and scalability. By significantly expanding our Business Development capacity—from managing 2–3 to 7–8 parallel market evaluations—it will accelerate our ability to identify and seize new opportunities. It will enhance the quality, rigor, and comparability of business cases, enabling stronger, data-driven decision-making. 

At the same time, it will free up senior leadership to focus on high-impact strategic negotiations and partnerships, while ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination to reduce route-launch delays. Ultimately, this position will help build a robust and scalable Business Development structure, fully aligned with Flibco’s long-term vision and expansion ambitions.
