Your Day-to-Day

1. Act as the senior functional point of contact between business lines and regulatory stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of evolving financial regulations.
2. Analyze and translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance obligations and institutional deadlines.
3. Review and assess change requests related to legal and compliance applications, particularly those contributing to regulatory reporting production.
4. Support the production and review of regulatory reports such as Solvency II, AIFMD, EMIR, Ex-Post disclosures and other institutional reporting obligations.
5. Contribute to the review and adaptation of reporting frameworks impacted by system transformations and new platform integrations.
6. Collaborate closely with Compliance and Legal teams to automate, optimize and simplify regulatory processes and reporting workflows.
7. Provide expertise across applications (internally developed or integrated systems) requiring follow-up, enhancements or regulatory updates.
8. Ensure strict adherence to official reporting timelines and regulatory commitments.
9. Share knowledge and bring senior-level expertise to strengthen cross-functional collaboration within the team.

Your Profile

1. Senior Business Analyst with 4–7 years of experience in regulatory, compliance or legal-driven environments within Asset Management or financial services.
2. Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, AIFMD, EMIR, Ex-Post reporting).
3. Proven experience liaising between business, compliance and IT teams in complex regulatory implementation projects.
4. Solid knowledge of Asset Management environments and regulatory constraints affecting institutional clients.
5. Technical familiarity with .NET / C#, SSIS, REST APIs and Azure environments.
6. AML Compliance knowledge and ITIL Foundation certification are considered strong assets.
7. Excellent coordination skills, strong time management abilities and capacity to work under regulatory pressure.
8. Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and stress management capabilities.
9. Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
