Banking and Finance Lawyer F/M - Local Law Firm

Our client is a medium-sized law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg.

As part of the development of their team, the firm is seeking a lawyer specialized in Banking and Financial law.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complex financial transactions while providing strategic legal advice tailored to the clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial transactions in compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Provide strategic and customized legal advice to meet clients’ diverse needs.
3. Draft and review financial documents, including contracts and agreements.
4. Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication.

Your profile:

1. Master's degree in Law.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Banking and financial law acquired in a law firm in Luxembourg.
3. Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
4. Appreciation for human-sized environments with a horizontal structure that fosters collaboration and personal initiative.
