Assets Inventory Controller

Your Day-to-Day:

·       You support the preparation of Asset Inventories for year-end activities or specific fund events requiring audit.

·       Collecting all necessary information from the relevant teams to produce the Asset Inventory.

·       Reviewing, checking and validating financial and operational data received.

·       Delivering the final inventory reports within agreed deadlines and responding to auditors’ questions.

·       Coordinating the full campaign and managing issues raised by the different stakeholders involved (such as safekeeping, fund accounting or management teams).

·       Producing accurate and high-quality deliverables for the campaign timeline.

·       Using standard office tools and financial applications to perform the mission efficiently.

Your Profile:

·       You demonstrate a strong understanding of the funds industry, securities markets, depositary functions and/or central administration.

·       Knowing the regulatory frameworks applicable to investment funds, including UCITS and AIFM.

·       Bringing functional expertise in fund accounting and/or depositary oversight, especially regarding safekeeping duties.

·       Mastering standard PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and being comfortable with financial systems.

·       Working with precision, reliability and respect for deadlines.

·       Communicating fluently in French and English.

·       Showing autonomy, organisation skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.

·       Acting with strict confidentiality regarding all financial information handled during the assignment.
