Analyste Oversight

Tasks :

1. You will be in charge of monitoring investment guideline compliance and conducting various risk evaluations, including checks carried out both before and after NAV calculation.
2. You will also review NAV calculations, subscription and redemption activity, as well as income distributions for a range of traditional and alternative fund structures.
3. Depending on operational needs, you may be asked to assist with additional duties within the Depositary team.

Profile :

1. A university degree or a comparable level of education combined with relevant professional experience.
2. A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in areas such as Depositary services, fund administration, or external audit.
3. A strong understanding of the regulatory landscape governing investment funds, particularly frameworks like AIFMD and UCITS V.
4. Familiarity with how Management Companies (ManCos/AIFMs) operate, as well as the responsibilities of their service providers.
5. Previous involvement with UCITS or Alternative investment structures is considered a plus.
6. Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
7. Excellent analytical abilities paired with a high level of accuracy.
8. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage deadlines effectively.
9. Confident communication skills and the ability to interact smoothly with different stakeholders.
10. Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
11. A motivated, autonomous, and solution-driven mindset.
