AI Technical Solutions Specialist (m/f/n)

Your tasks 
 

•    You design, develop, and deliver customized training programs on AI advancements and tooling
•    You ensure technical feasibility, sustainability, and scalability of AI solutions
•    You support the evolution of AI pilots (MVPs and PoCs) into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
•    You assist in the architecture and development of robust data pipelines and data management frameworks
•    You provide hands-on technical expertise to project teams implementing AI and ML solutions
•    You evaluate existing data infrastructure and recommend improvements for optimal AI performance
•    You advise on best practices for the industrialization and scalability of AI systems
•    You support technical troubleshooting and solution optimization of AI models in production
•    You collaborate closely with data engineers and IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms
•    You facilitate technical workshops to enhance internal AI capabilities across business teams.
•    You document technical procedures, solution architecture, and implementation guidelines for AI tools and frameworks

Your profile

•    You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
•    You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
•    You show a high level of engagement and initiative 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French and German will be considered as an advantage.
