What will you do?
Being part of the team, you will work for four tax Partners and:
Manage calendars, including scheduling high-level internal and external meetings, conference calls and events;
Prepare and handle confidential documentation, reports, presentations and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism;
Coordinate business travel arrangements and logistics, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and travel bookings, accommodation and expenses;
Assist with the preparation and follow-up of executive committee meetings, including taking minutes and action item tracking;
Support the billing and invoicing;
Support to organize client events and tax seminars;
Help in onboarding clients and support the KYC team;
Ensure efficient document and information flow while always maintaining discretion and confidentiality;
Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks and provide proactive reminders to facilitate decision-making and leadership availability;
Conduct research and gather data to support leadership in strategic planning and business reviews.

You have
Proven experience in a high-level administrative support role, ideally within a dynamic and professional services environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French, German and Luxembourgish are considered as assets
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Initiative, adaptability and a proactive attitude
