Accounting Specialist (F/M/X)

Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Drive the Accounts Payable process of the company
• Perform checks and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and analytical allocations.
• Interact with different departments and suppliers to resolve upcoming operational topics
• Contribute to improvement actions to increase efficiency of the Purchase-to-Pay process
• Preparation & control of weekly payment batches in collaboration with the treasurer
• Involvement in monthly and annual closing tasks (reconciliation of balance sheet accounts related to accounts payable, preparation of audit files…).
• Prepare VAT and Intrastat declarations
• Assist with other accounting projects

This is what you bring to us:

• Fluent in English, French and German are considered as an asset
• Degree / experience in Accounting
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
• Advanced skills in ERP systems and Microsoft office
• Good understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting principles and practices
• Great attention to detail
• Team player, self-motivated, flexible and autonomous
• Hands-on approach and good communication skills
