Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will actively support the department in its daily operations, gaining hands-on experience in invoice processing and supplier communications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a solid understanding of accounting processes while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and record invoices accurately using accounting software.
• Support accounting and tax-related tasks, including data entry and verification of VAT rates applied.
• Assist in reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of accounts payable transactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes by identifying and suggesting efficiencies.
• Demonstrate professionalism in the workplace, including: Learning and using industry-specific vocabulary; Communicating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders; Showing diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Eligible to provide an internship agreement for a duration of 6 months.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in French and a good level of English.

Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

• Bachelor's degree: €1,000
• 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
• Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500

Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
