Senior CRM Corporate Accounting / Tax

Your day to day

1. Act as the main client relationship point of contact for a portfolio of global corporate clients, including large multi-geography fund managers and insurance companies investing in real assets
2. Work closely with operations and servicing teams to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
3. Monitor operational and system workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
4. Support the deployment of new business opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of client relationships
5. Ensure effective rollout of the firm’s service offerings, guaranteeing an exceptional client experience
6. Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services delivered to clients (e.g. accounting, tax, corporate services)
7. Participate in servicing decisions, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend operating model enhancements
8. Manage a wide range of client matters, including billing inquiries, fee negotiations, KYC topics and service performance (KPIs)
9. Handle service issues from routine escalations to new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams
10. Monitor performance of global service delivery teams and ensure commitments are met across all jurisdictions
11. Balance service excellence with full regulatory compliance requirements
12. Support clients throughout the onboarding and Business Acceptance processes
13. Take part in internal workshops and cross-functional projects
14. Coach and support junior team members, providing technical guidance and supervising their work

Your profile

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing role within Asset Servicing (e.g. professional services / Big 4 environment)
2. Strong understanding of compliance and corporate services for financial companies (e.g. CIT, VAT, Accounting, Corporate Secretarial), particularly within the real estate sector
3. Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment with multiple stakeholders
4. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, team spirit and proactive mindset
5. Dynamic, eager to learn and continuously evolve
6. Fluent professional English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
