Transfer Agent Specialist F/M - Investment Management Firm

A well-established investment management firm in Luxembourg is seeking a Transfer Agent to support fund distribution and investor services. This role involves maintaining shareholder records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions efficiently.
• Maintain and update shareholder registers with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations and internal policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for investors and clients, handling inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and distribute reports to clients and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years in transfer agency or a related field within investment services.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with transfer agency systems and fund distribution processes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
