Following tasks will be performed by the external service provider:

Design, prepare, and monitor automated tests.
Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process.
Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.
Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.
Capable of performing tasks independently with minimal guidance or oversight.
Knowledge of continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with QA team members, providing guidance and support on best practices.
In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes.

Knowledge of test automation technologies, tools, and techniques.
Hands-on experience in the creation of test automation solutions.
Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools.
Experience in test data management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good redaction skills, experience in preparation of written reports.
Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in a team.
Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in application developments and test automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc) and testing applications in cloud environments is a plus.

At least 7 years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts for IT applications using test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium WebDriver or similar).
At least 7 years of experience in scripting languages Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation and version control systems.
At least 7 years of experience in designing and writing test cases specifically tailored for automation, covering both functional and non-functional testing scenarios.
At least 7 years of experience in automation of functional and regression testing for IT applications, with a demonstrated ability to identify and integrate best practices for test automation.
At least 5 years of experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
At least 5 years of experience with SQL scripting for data validation and verification, used in test scenarios.
At least 3 years of experience with JIRA for tracking and managing test cycles and automation requirements (using Zephyr or Xray).
At least 3 years of experience with API testing in automated environments, ensuring reliability and performance.
At least 3 years of experience using Postman or SoapUI for automated API testing, including the development of scripts and validations for integration testing.

Optional certification: ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equivalent.
