Technology Adoption Expert – SharePoint

Your day to day :

• Support business teams in the adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on SharePoint and intranet usage
• Design and deliver training materials tailored to different user groups
• Organise and facilitate training sessions and workshops to drive user adoption
• Act as a key point of contact for business users, providing guidance and hands-on support
• Build and maintain knowledge bases, user guides, and documentation
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to the new M365 platform
• Identify user needs and adapt adoption strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business adoption
• Monitor adoption metrics and propose improvement actions
• Support continuous improvement of collaboration tools and user experience

Your profile :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT projects, change management, or digital workplace adoption
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Proven background in user adoption, training, and change management
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with business stakeholders
• Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver workshops
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with end-users
• Experience in banking or financial services is a strong asset
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and French
