Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset combined with a solid understanding of web services, APIs, and system integrations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications. The position involves analyzing existing systems, supporting API integrations, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business objectives.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills (ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders)

• Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements

• Excellent knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent knowledge in UML and BPMN

  
  

Specific / Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)

• Experience with system integrations and data flows

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

• Experience supporting API integrations or working closely with development teams
