Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:
Intern – Talent Acquisition
(6 months minimum - flexible start date)
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be fully integrated into a dynamic and supportive HR team. You will play an active role in our daily operations and ongoing projects, gaining hands‑on exposure to every stage of the recruitment and onboarding processes.
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Participate to the screening of applications;
- Oversee the encoding and follow‑up of applications to ensure an excellent candidate experience;
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ interest, motivation andalignment with our business needs;
- Organise onsite interviews;
- Handle the administrative management of our recruitment system (Workday);
- Participate to recruitment events such as Job Fairs and Student Visits.
Your profile:
- You are currently pursuing a master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economy or Law ;
- You are fully proficient in French and English (written and spoken). German and/or Luxembourgish are assets;
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders;
- You are proactive, organised, rigorous, and able to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment;
- You are comfortable with IT tools (MS Office Suite, Outlook, databases, etc.);
- A good command of AI tools is considered a strong asset.
