In order to strengthen its teams, the Business Enablement Services department is looking for a member for its ‘Solution & System Development’ service, whose main mission is to support and ensure the continuity of the proper functioning of BSS and OSS systems.

Your missions

• Design end-to-end BSS/OSS integration solutions to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, IT security policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide effort estimates for the development and implementation of solutions.
• Assess solutions and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure long-term cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with other teams on transversal changes and supervise the execution of tasks assigned to stakeholders.
• Conduct handover presentations for other teams to operate the delivered solutions.
• Support the configuration team in maintaining and managing BSS/OSS applications.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of procedures and configurations.
• Provide ongoing support to development and testing teams.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunications.
• In-depth knowledge of BSS/OSS architectures and IT systems in relation to telecom business.
• Expert knowledge of cross-functional BSS/OSS components (billing, ordering, etc.).
• Experience in application development processes.
• Proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets.
