Job Description

We are seeking for a Software Engineer in Fund Distribution Services

Our Fund Distribution team is dedicated to provide global asset managers and asset servicers across Europe with business solutions to help them comply with regulatory requirements, such as cross-border fund registration, fund tax calculation/certification, AIFMD reporting, KID/KIIDs, Priips, SFDR reporting. For that, we have developed our own technology platforms, allowing our clients to focus on their core business.

If you enjoy working with a broad base of international clients, like to manipulate and analyze data, are curious about regulatory change, would like to have interactions with clients and internals teams (IT, Risk management, Regulatory…) we may have an interesting opportunity for you.

What you will be working on

1. Be the Go-To Expert – Work with Asset Managers, Asset Servicers and Investment Fund professionals and build trust-based relationships with them.
2. Ensure Compliance - Interact with national financial authorities, regulatory experts.
3. Orchestrate Solutions – Bridge the gap between business & technology, collaborate with stakeholders, define needs, and implement scalable solutions.
4. Drive Operational Excellence – Ensure reporting processes are scalable, compliant, and future-proof, leveraging modern technologies without needing to code.

What we look for

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Data Engineering or relevant field.
2. From 2 to 5 years of similar working experience.
3. Experience with Apache Spark.
4. Programming languages: Scala or Python.
5. Experience in SQL language to create queries.
6. Industry Understanding - Knowledge of fund accounting systems and fund accounting data is an asset but not mandatory.
7. Digital Transformation Enthusiast – Strong appetite for cloud technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions.
8. Process & Solution Thinking – Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose automation strategies, and optimize regulatory reporting workflows.
9. Great Communicator – Able to translate complex regulatory & technical topics into clear, actionable insights.
