- No forced market purity – the CROs (Client Relationship Officer) focus on their specific network and leverage on their expertise and know how.
- No client segmentation – the CROs develop their own client portfolio with no risk in being forced to hand over to another CRO covering a different client segment.
- Distinctive and transparent compensation model – the CROs variable compensation is linked to performance and conduct. The variable compensation is based on a payable representing up to 20% of net contribution.
Your mission
You will be part of the growth strategy and ensure that you acquire new customers for the bank and provide them with the best possible support. You have no country or territory restrictions and can onboard customers from virtually all markets and from a wide range of asset classes.
- You will be responsible for acquiring and building new long-term client relationships as part of the bank's global growth strategy.
- You have long-term client relationships that have a strong personal connection to you.
- You use your existing network to approach international clients and win them for the bank.
- You have no country or territory restrictions and can onboard clients from virtually all markets and from a wide range of asset classes (including private equity, property, etc.).
- You will be responsible for providing independent, high-quality client advice based on the Group's investment policy and taking regulatory issues and questions into account.
- You actively expand your networks and utilise all the opportunities offered by the bank
- You actively develop your clients with the aim of increasing client value

- Strong self-manager – you are very enterprising, hunter mindset, initiates activities.
- Motivated by challenges and financials – you have a high sense of urgency, bottom line focus, natural closer and competitive by nature.
- Confident – you are a strong sense of self-confidence.
- Track record and seniority – you are senior, have a proven track of building up a substantial self-acquired book and done a successful move before in their career - you are managing a large and profitable client portfolio.
