Senior Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing planning, budget, scope, risks, and governance, and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership, autonomy, and accountability, as well as the ability to drive projects from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver projects end-to-end (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial reporting
Define and run effective project governance (SteerCo, project committees, reporting)
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
Manage scope, change requests, and priorities
Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external stakeholders)
Ensure alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and delivery commitments
Provide clear, structured, and transparent reporting to senior management and sponsors
Required Experience & Skills
Significant real-world experience as a Project Manager, with demonstrable project deliveries
Proven track record in:
Project planning and scheduling
Budget management and financial control
Governance and stakeholder management
Risk and issue management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to challenge constructively and make decisions
Structured, methodical, and results-oriented mindset
Experience with standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
Nice to Have
Experience in complex or multi-stakeholder environments
Experience in IT, digital, or transformation projects
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.)
