 You will be joining the internal audit team composed of dedicated and multicultural teammates. The client portfolio is mostly composed of Banks, PFS, Payment Institution and Management Companies.

What will you do?

• Work closely with the Internal Audit Partners and be responsible for a client portfolio;

• Organize and supervise internal audit engagements;

• Handle the management of the team during field work;

• Ensure the efficiency of engagements in accordance with the deadlines given by the clients and quality requirements of the internal audit methodology;

• Be in regular contact with your clients to build relationships based on trust;

• Anticipate and respond to the clients’ needs, becoming a respected business partner;

• Expand BDO’s clients portfolio based on your initiative and professionalism;

• Participate in the growth and influence of BDO by promoting our services and representing the company at external events;

• Ensure mandates are performed in a correct manner and meet deadlines and requirements in accordance with the BDO and international/internal audit standards methodology.

• You have a Master’s degree in economics or from a Business School specialised in audit or controlling;

• You have 5 years of experience in Internal Audit of Banks and PFS;

• You stay up to date in your knowledge (CSSF circulars, Risk Management…);

• You are fluent in English and French;

• Your flexibility allows you to adapt to and manage the unexpected;

• You have excellent communication and analytical skills;

• You have excellent client service skills including active listening, you maintain regular contacts with clients, demonstrate proactivity, and act as a problem solver in order to satisfy the client;
