Senior IT Business Analyst with Data management experience

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst with Data management experience to develop a CRM tool for a life insurance company.

The candidate will play a key role in defining requirements and acting as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs
• Draft detailed business requirements
• Design and document business processes
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
• Contribute to the definition of the functional architecture of the CRM application, taking into account the specificity of each data
• Monitor and validate developments
• Conduct functional testing and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Train end users and provide post-deployment support

Your profile:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance sector
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in modeling and project management tools (e.g., UML, BPMN, JIRA)
• Skills in change management and user training
• Business Analysis certification is a plus
• Fluent in French
• Valid Lux working permit mandatory
