Senior Credit Analyst
Tasks :
Review business proposals with a critical mindset, providing both feedback and recommendations to commercial teams;
Produce detailed credit assessments and deliver well-supported conclusions to senior decision-makers, ensuring neutrality throughout the evaluation process;
Oversee and monitor a portfolio of clients on an ongoing basis, ensuring timely reassessments, updates, and risk mitigation actions when necessary;
Apply internal credit frameworks consistently, ensuring all analyses and decisions meet established governance and risk standards;
Gather and analyse financial, sector, and client-specific data to support decision-making for both new transactions and existing exposures;
Work in close partnership with risk specialists to address regulatory changes, methodological updates, and process improvements;
Support the team and management by handling any additional responsibilities related to credit activities when required.
Profile :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
At least five years of professional experience in credit risk or financial analysis;
Strong command of English; knowledge of Mandarin is considered an advantage;
Solid understanding of risk assessment across various sectors and geographies, with the ability to evaluate mitigation strategies and interpret economic and financial environments;
Advanced skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis;
Excellent analytical thinking combined with strong communication and negotiation abilities;
Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously on assigned tasks;
High level of professionalism, with a strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and accountability.
