Senior Consultant/ Manager - Quality & Risk Management - Advisory & Consulting Group
Join our dynamic Quality & Risk Management (QRM) function for a global leader in professional services. As a Senior Consultant / Manager in our Internal Quality & Risk team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our Advisory, Implement & Operate Service disciplines. This position provides a unique opportunity to ensure exceptional delivery practices and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
As a BIG4, we focus on delivering cutting-edge consulting and services to ambitious clients across industries. This critical role will ensure risk mitigation, quality enhancement, and strategic oversight in these key business areas.
What you will do :
Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation and adherence to governance frameworks for consulting and operate service projects. Continuously monitor, review, and improve delivery processes to maintain exceptional quality standards.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks across key service lines, including consulting engagements and operational processes in reporting driven services.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk protocols, including adherence to engagement terms and operational SLAs.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, leadership, and clients, to address risk concerns and improve delivery quality.
Performance Audits: Conduct periodic reviews and audits of project deliverables, compliance documentation, and operational adherence.
Training & Development: Lead training initiatives to enhance risk awareness, quality adherence, and process improvement functions across teams.
Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project governance, risk controls, and operational efficiencies within consulting and managed services operations.
What about you :
Professional Experience:
4-7 years of relevant experience in quality and risk management within a BIG4 or equivalent professional services setting in consulting/managed services.
Hands-on exposure to risk frameworks and quality assurance methodologies in consulting and/or managed service environments.
Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of policy frameworks, industry standards, and risk protocols governing consulting and managed service engagements.
Proven ability to assess risk and implement practical mitigation strategies while supporting high-quality operational outcomes.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with experience in handling audits and reviews.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
