Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team in Luxembourg.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions by structuring requirements, modeling processes, and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders

• Analyze, structure and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Perform process mapping using BPMN and identify optimization opportunities

• Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners

• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Support testing phases (UAT preparation, clarification, validation)

• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure effective communication across streams

• Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis and delivery practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments

• Strong expertise in:

  • Requirements gathering

  • Process modeling (BPMN mandatory)

  • Writing user stories (Agile environment)

  • Backlog management

  • Stakeholder coordination

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong documentation and structuring capabilities

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

  
  

Language Requirements

• Fluent in French (mandatory)

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Luxembourgish or German is considered an asset
