Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead and manage fund accounting operations and projects using Multifonds (Fund Accounting module).
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Multifonds, providing support on daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Drive and oversee key projects such as system migrations, onboarding of new business, and process optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to implement solutions and improvements.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to fund accounting and system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance team expertise on Multifonds functionalities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a BPM or Senior SME in Fund Accounting, with in-depth knowledge of Multifonds.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting operations and regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, etc.).
• Successful track record in managing large-scale projects (migrations, system implementations, onboarding new clients).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
