Senior Analyst Transfer Agency

On behalf of a client, we are seeking a Senior Analyst specialising in Transfer Agency to strengthen their teams and contribute to the development of their platforms and operational processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Analyzing project requirements and formalizing them into Project Initiation Documents (PID).
2. Participating in the design of functional solutions and supporting the testing phases of new functionalities.
3. Monitoring and managing project-related changes, including reporting and impact assessment.
4. Analyzing and testing financial connectivity solutions, particularly SWIFT, SFTP and NSCC.
5. Conducting analysis and testing related to trailer fees, commissions and distribution flows.
6. Providing advanced functional expertise on Transfer Agency applications (Temenos Multifonds mandatory).
7. Organizing and producing functional and operational documentation to support process evolution and production rollouts.
8. Supporting onboarding activities and user training, helping business teams adopt new solutions.
9. Identifying project risks and defining appropriate mitigation strategies.
10. Producing user guides and maintaining the knowledge base to ensure effective dissemination of best practices.

As a Senior Transfer Agency Analyst, your profile ideally includes:

1. Proven experience in Transfer Agency (TA) processes, covering end-to-end operational workflows.
2. Strong knowledge of Multifonds TA environments.
3. In-depth understanding of dealing, commissions, trailer fees, corporate actions and reporting.
4. Experience managing SWIFT (MT/MX) flows, payments and SFTP integrations.
5. Knowledge of NSCC processes, including reporting, mapping and reconciliations.
6. Ability to contribute to complex transformation or onboarding projects within the investment fund industry.
7. Strong skills in business analysis, functional documentation and testing management.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Fluency English

5. The position offers a salary package around €100,000 gross per year, depending on experience and expertise. Of course, freelance or independent consultants are welcome too.
