Mathematics Teacher
Permanent role, Full time
Required for August 2026
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an outstanding Maths teacher to join our Secondary Team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching Maths to our students up to Year 13. Experience in teaching other subjects such as Further Mathematics and Economics could be an asset. We are looking for someone who is passionate about international education, creative in their thinking, and a student of learning. The successful candidate will also be adaptable, motivated by challenges, and an excellent classroom practitioner.
We are looking for certain qualities:
· A relevant degree in Mathematics, or a related subject
· A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or international equivalent)
· Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current educational practices
· Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
· Have relevant experience as a teacher of Mathematics in a UK or international school following the the Pearson International Curriculum and the National Curriculum of England from KS3 to A Levels
· Ability to contribute to the development of financial literacy programmes
· Willingness to contribute to wider school initiatives and extra-curricular life
· Desirable, but not essential, be an EU passport holder or already be in possession of permit that allows work and residence in Luxembourg
