The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, curious, and driven Sales & Brand Manager (2–3 years of experience) to help build our brand from the ground up. This role is about making things happen. You will be the bridge between marketing and sales, leading the development of national and international sales, coordinating campaigns, supporting product launches, onboarding retail partners, and ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints. You will also oversee daily operations and ensure administrative coordination. Working closely with the founders and external partners, you will be instrumental in bringing our brand to life in the market.


What You’ll Do

  • Business Development: Identify, onboard, and support new retail, HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café), and distribution partners to aggressively expand our market presence.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key external stakeholders, including store managers, buyers, and distributors.

  • Brand Activation & Growth: Drive growth by supporting expansion into new regions, coordinating high-impact product launches, and managing in-store promotions and tastings.

  • Marketing Execution: Manage marketing content, gather actionable market insights, and execute field activities while staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure strong internal organization and help build efficient processes to support scalable operations as the business grows.


Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have 2–3 years of experience in business development, trade marketing, commerce, or brand roles (FMCG/food & beverage experience is a major plus).

  • Entrepreneurial: You have a self-starter mindset. You take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to get things done.

  • Agile: You are highly organized and completely comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once.

  • Data-Aware: You rely on insights to guide your decisions, but you aren't afraid to experiment and iterate.

  • Passionate: You genuinely love food, drinks, sales, and building a brand from the ground up.


Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent in English and French. Proficiency in German and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.

  • Location: Based in Luxembourg (or willing to commute) with the flexibility to travel regularly between Luxembourg and Belgium.

  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required for executing events, tastings, and retail visits.
