Regional Manager Western & Northern Europe
Permanent contract (F/M)
The Regional Manager Western & Northern Europe will manage and support sales activities and relationship management within the designated region, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and driving market growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
A brand ambassador, be able to represent the activities and values of LuxSE at C-Suite/Senior Management level
Implement and report on a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Work with the Regional Head and other internal stakeholders to define strategy to attract new segments of issuers and stakeholders
Monitor local market developments, conduct research to identify new markets, products and customer needs
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and stakeholders; explore and develop strategic and/or commercial partnerships where appropriate
Increase visibility of LuxSE through participation in industry associations and fora.
Requirements and skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Extensive working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role, in the market infrastructure or securities services space
Commercial attitude and mindset
Proven sales track record, preferably in the European (EU/UK) and broader debt capital markets space
Extensive business network with Northern & Western financial institutions and corporates, experience in engaging with C-level audience
Deep knowledge of the Structured Finance Product market is a plus
Strategic thinking and ability to work both individually and in teams
Full professional proficiency in German & English; any other European languages is considered as an asset.
