Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
• Support the daily business in standard technical and administrative aspects
• Performing checks and inspection of parts, components, sub-assemblies and/or final products according to the provided work instructions, if necessary, in collaboration with production teams
• Organizing and performing internal sorting activities of supplied components, finished goods, sub-assemblies and/or finished goods
• Escalation of potential and actual non-conformities and deviations in accordance with the defined escalation process
• Separation of suspect and actual n-ok parts/scrap and initiation of containment/corrective actions and internal complaint process
• Support root cause, warranty analyses and problem-solving activities
• Support the collection/preparation of relevant input and lessons learned activities
• Supporting activities with the SCM function, 3rd party organizations, production or other involved parts
• Preparation of standard reports of supplier performance
• Support the tracking of the successful resolution of supplier claims
Here's what you can bring to the team:
• First experience in Quality preferred
• Basic knowledge of relevant Production Processes and Technologies
• Basic knowledge of Quality related company standards and customer specific requirements
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and other software applications used in a production environment
• Business fluent English is mandatory, German and / or French language skills are a plus
• Accept working 3*8 shift
