Project Manager TA (M/F)
Your responsibilities would include:
- Actively and visibly lead the implementation of projects.
- Prepare project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage planning, execution, and closing of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain deliverables via risk logs, action plans, or status reports to track and provide oversight on progress.
- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Share advice and technical expertise. Validate the quality of deliverables and their adherence to business needs.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for efficient execution.
- Manage basic administration activities on the project management tools for stakeholder utilization.
- Orchestrate project meetings: logistics, producing inputs and outputs.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, establishing contingency plans as needed.

- Minimum 7/8 years of experience working within the investment funds management or servicing industry in Luxembourg, preferably in the TA area.
- Strong project management and IT programming skills (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, VB/VBA, SQL).
- Pragmatic/solutions-oriented approach to regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing change management within asset management.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken; German or French would be considered an advantage.
