Project Manager - GIO
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT/Digital projects, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, budget, and stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
You will drive clarity, accountability, and predictable delivery across Design, Development, Architecture, Data, and business teams.
Responsibilities :
Lead initiation: objectives, scope, success criteria, stakeholders, governance, delivery approach, high-level plan.
Own the delivery plan (roadmap/sprints), dependencies, milestones, resources, and delivery risks.
Drive RAID and change control; document decisions/trade-offs and ensure follow-up.
Run effective governance and ceremonies (kick-offs, steering, stakeholder check-ins) with clear outcomes.
Manage requirements and prioritization with business (user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability).
Coordinate cross-functional delivery, remove blockers, and align teams on deliverables.
Plan/coordinate testing and releases: UAT, go-live readiness, hypercare, handover to support/ops.
Manage vendors when relevant (delivery follow-up, basic purchase/contract coordination).
Provide clear reporting (status, KPIs, risks, budget/forecast) and escalate early.
Improve ways of working (templates, processes, tools such as Wrike).
Required hard skills :
Strong project delivery skills (agile and/or waterfall): planning, dependencies, milestones, capacity tracking.
Solid scope/stakeholder management, RAID discipline, and change management.
Good experience in software delivery lifecycle and release/UAT coordination.
Requirements structuring (workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization).
Comfortable with PM/collaboration tools (Wrike, Notion, M365, …).
Good budget tracking and vendor coordination.
Security/privacy and quality awareness (e.g., GDPR, non-functional requirements).
Required soft skills :
Ownership mindset; drives outcomes.
Clear communicator; escalates appropriately.
Structured, pragmatic, and reliable on follow-ups.
Influences without authority; handles conflicts constructively.
Calm under pressure; protects team focus while keeping stakeholders aligned.
Nice to have :
PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification.
Experience in multi-entity organizations and digital transformation.
Exposure to discovery/UX practices and integration-heavy projects.
French and/or German.
