Processes & Revenue Assurance Owner (m/f/x)

The Processes & Revenue Assurance Owner is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the company’s end‑to‑end operational processes while ensuring full revenue integrity (ensuring completeness/accuracy of revenue streams) across the value chain.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities

Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement

1. Own the lifecycle of key operational and commercial processes.

2. Map, document, and optimise cross‑department workflows

3. Standardise procedures and drive adoption

4. Monitor process KPIs and implement corrective measures

Revenue Assurance

1. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all revenues.

2. Identify revenue leakages and system gaps.

3. Design automated controls & reconciliation frameworks.

4. Generate automatic reporting on the revenue both internally and externally.

5. Coordinate with Finance for correct accounting.

Data Quality & Compliance

1. Ensure integrity of datasets used for billing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

2. Define validation rules and monitoring dashboards.

3. Prevent customer fraud and manage eventual cases.

Reporting & Governance

1. Maintain dashboards and governance routines.

2. Present findings and improvement proposals to leadership.

3. Handle the requested group reporting, CSR, HSE

Must Haves

1. Master diploma

2. Strong understanding of business processes, financial and operational flows.Process Management LeanSixSigma, Aris, …..

3. Experience with billing systems or ERP/CRM

4. Perfect written English

5. Analytical mindset, problem solving skills and strong communication skills.

6. 3–7 years experience in operations, billing, revenue assurance or process optimisation.

Nice to have

1. Strong command of 2 out of these languages: LUX, FR, DE, EN

2. Team player

3. Google Adwords experience

4. Strong analytical skills

5. Experience in the energy or telecom sectors
