Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

1. Responsible for the digital printing process, including organizing and supervising printer maintenance
2. Prepare data for digital printing and program multi-axis robots
3. Drive continuous process improvements and perform troubleshooting to ensure production output
4. Implement improvement actions in collaboration with production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality
5. Contribute to LEAN initiatives and support R&D in developing new processes for future products
6. Work in shifts and report directly to the line managers

Here's what you can bring to the team:

1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and 3–5 years industry experience
2. Background in digital printing/automation with knowledge of printer construction, print heads, inks, and waveform influence
3. Skills in print data preparation and modification of print templates
4. Programming experience (Kuka KRL; ideally C/C#/Python) and familiarity with Beckhoff SPS/TwinCat; advantage: Rhino CAD, Visual Studio, Adobe tools
5. LEAN practice, strong communication skills, independent and structured working style
6. Fluent in English; French/German beneficial; strong numerical affinity
