What would be your mission?
The mission titled PMO Lead – Data Migration Program aims to support and drive the successful execution of a large-scale Data Migration Program. The primary goal of this role is to ensure project governance, conduct risk management assessments, maintain accurate reporting, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders while aligning with strategic business objectives. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, consolidating and analyzing project data for reporting, facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders, tracking project financials and resource allocations, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding actions, and proactively managing risks and issues through assessment logs.
What would be your tasks?
- Oversee Governance & Compliance, ensuring adherence to best practices in project governance.
- Expertise in Reporting & Insights will be crucial to producing actionable reports for leadership.
- Stakeholder Coordination will require you to facilitate seamless communication across various teams.
- Manage Financial Oversight by monitoring and reporting on project financials, along with Resource & Timesheet Management to track resource allocations and utilization.
- Ensuring accountability and task completion through effective Follow-Up & Execution.
- Take charge of Risk & Issue Management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the program lifecycle.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Excel
· Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models
- Experience in financial management, especially in forecasting and budgeting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- The ability to consolidate insights from multiple streams into clear, actionable reports
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability is expected
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and French or Dutch
