Hey future cloud native ninja! Ready to flex your coding muscles, automate all the things, and shape the way our teams build and ship software? Join KPMG Luxembourg’s DEVOPS squad as a a Platform Engineering trainee and help us craft the backbone that powers tomorrow’s solutions.
What you will be working on
Dive head first into our stack
- Tinker with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, Terraform/ARM, Ansible, ELK, SonarQube, the Power Platform (low code/no code) and more.
- Pair up with seasoned Platform Engineers to design self service pipelines, roll out Infra as Code, and automate processes that make devs smile.
- Boost observability: build slick ELK dashboards and alerts so issues shout before they bite.
- Harden our containers and cloud workloads with Defender, Qualys and other security goodies.
- Keep top notch docs so anyone—from devs to execs—can follow the magic.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s IT or Computer Sciences program
- Some knowledge of Azure (or AWS/GCP) + DevOps concepts: CI/CD, IaC, Config Mgmt.
- Bonus points for Python/Bash scripts, ELK/Splunk dashboards, or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and the guts to ask “Why not automate this?”
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Bonus points if you speak other languages (like French).
- Mandatory 5 months internship as part of your academic program.What you will get
