Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Paralegal to join a professional international organization on a temporary basis. This role supports the legal and finance teams, focusing primarily on KYC compliance and corporate administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist with both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the efficient operation of the legal function.

Description

1. Respond to KYC requests from third parties, including for bank account openings.
2. Create and update corporate structure charts for fund entities and corporate vehicles.
3. Support finance and legal teams with corporate administrative tasks for fund structures and entities in Luxembourg.
4. Coordinate with third-party service providers, including corporate administrators, to ensure smooth operations.
5. Maintain accurate and organized records related to legal and corporate documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Your profile

1. Master’s degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Previous experience as a paralegal or in legal/administrative support is highly desirable.
3. Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) ; knowledge of Luxembourgish or German is a plus.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
5. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment with multiple stakeholders

Offer

1. Monthly salary indication: € 4001 - € 5000

We offer a Temporary contract with the potential for extension based on performance.
