For one of our clients, a prominent industrial actor located in the South of Luxembourg, we are seeking a dedicated :

Order manager (M/F/D)

Your Mission: Mastering the Order-to-Cash Cycle

Reporting to the Order Manager Lead, you will ensure a seamless process from initial entry to final delivery. Your responsibilities will focus on the following key pillars:

• Operational Management: Precise entry of orders into SAP, monitoring production cycles, and validating commercial conditions (pricing, payment terms).

• Logistics & Export Coordination: Planning shipments in collaboration with the Supply Chain team and preparing export documentation (certificates, pro forma invoices).

• Financial Oversight: Managing credit limits, invoicing, issuing credit notes, and reporting client flows.

• Customer Relations: Proactive communication regarding order status and problem-solving in collaboration with internal teams.

• Safety & Improvement: Adhering to safety guidelines and actively participating in the optimization of internal processes.

Your Profile: Technical Expertise and Strong Communication

• Education & Experience: You hold a commercial degree and have proven experience in customer relationship management.

• Language Skills (Mandatory): To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in French, English, and German. Applications not meeting these language requirements will not be processed.

• Tools: Expert proficiency in SAP and the Office 365 suite.

• Soft Skills: Rigor, analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration.

• Added Value: Ability to optimize transport loads and anticipate logistical constraints.
