Modern Workplace Engineer

Permanent contract (F/M)

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Engineer, specialized in Microsoft Azure environments, Microsoft 365, and advanced workstation management. The individual will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of Modern Workplace solutions within the company, while ensuring a high level of availability, performance, and security.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Modern Workplace solutions based on Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Manage and optimize the Azure AD / Entra ID environment, including identity, security, Conditional Access, and MFA.

• Administer the Office 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, etc.).

• Oversee workstation management: Windows 10/11, application packaging, security, and compliance.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain the Intune / Endpoint Manager solution for device management.

• Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell, scripts, or deployment tools.

• Participate in digital transformation projects (Zero Trust, cloud migration, workstation modernization).

• Stay updated on Microsoft solutions and Workplace trends.

• Provide Level 3 support for the user environment.

Required Technical Skills

Microsoft Azure

• Excellent mastery of Azure AD / Entra ID.

• Strong knowledge of Azure services related to Modern Workplace (Identity, Security, Autopilot, Endpoint).

• Expertise in security policies: Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM.

Microsoft 365

• Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive.

• Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune:

  • Autopilot

  • Compliance policies

  • Configuration profiles

  • Application deployment

• License management, governance, and monitoring.

Workstation / PC

• Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 environments.

• Application packaging (MSI, IntuneWin).

• BIOS/UEFI configuration, drivers, GPO, workstation security.

• Knowledge of hybrid AD / Azure AD environments.

Scripting & Automation

• Advanced PowerShell skills.

• Intune / Azure automation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API (preferred).

Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.

• Ability to work independently and in project mode.

• Analytical mindset, rigor, and service-oriented approach.

• Strong communication and simplification skills.

Certifications (a plus)

• AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102, MD-102.

• Any Microsoft Modern Workplace certification is valued.
