Mid-level Corporate Lawyer F/M - Local Law Firm

Our client is a medium-sized law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg.

As part of the development of their team, the firm is seeking a lawyer specialized in Corporate M&A in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

1. Structure and manage M&A transactions (share/asset deals, mergers, joint ventures), advising on legal risks, strategy, and regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct and supervise legal due diligence, identify risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients.
3. Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including SPA/APA, shareholders’ agreements, LOIs, term sheets, and ancillary closing documents.
4. Coordinate the full deal lifecycle from term sheet to closing, managing stakeholders, conditions precedent, regulatory filings, and post‑closing corporate processes.

Your profile:

1. Master's degree in Law.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Corporate M&A law acquired in a law firm in Luxembourg.
3. Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
4. Appreciation for human-sized environments with a horizontal structure that fosters collaboration and personal initiative.
