In this role, you will directly influence the future of tire performance and manufacturing efficiency. By designing advanced 3D tread patterns, developing next-generation mold technologies, and driving automation through software solutions, you’ll help accelerate product development and enhance industrial processes across global manufacturing sites. Your expertise supports smoother production, higher-quality products, and faster delivery of new tire technologies to market.

What You’ll Do

1. Automate with Code: Develop and implement new C# and Python functionalities to support automation and process improvements.
2. Design 3D Tread Patterns: Develop precise tread geometries and master models that align with mold specifications.
3. Lead SPF Optimization Projects: Improve delivery timelines for OE and development specifications using automation and streamlined processes.
4. Innovate Mold Technologies: Create and enhance tire mold technologies that boost product performance and operational efficiency.
5. Provide Technical Support: Assist EMEA manufacturing plants with mold-related issues and troubleshooting.
6. Collaborate On-Site: Work closely with mold and tire manufacturing teams to identify and execute process and production improvements.
7. Engage Internationally: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and production teams across global regions.

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with programming knowledge in C#, Python, or another machine-learning-oriented language.
2. Experience with CAD/CAM systems, preferably CATIA V5.
3. Experience in product design, product engineering, or product industrialization.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and experience with VBA, SAP, and advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
5. Fluency in English (spoken and written) and working knowledge of French as an asset
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for innovation and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams with willingness to travel occoasionally

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience in manufacturing environments or mold/tire technologies.
