Main mission

As Director, you report to our Management Committee and oversee global marketing, communications, and business development activities. You play a crucial role in defining market positioning, strengthening the firm's brand, and supporting business growth across key sectors.

You lead, inspire and mentor a collaborative team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. You manage communication platforms, drive strategic initiatives, and shape the firm's external profile and internal culture through mentorship and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Main responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Build, lead, and elevate the global Marketing and Communications function to support the firm’s business objectives;

  • Develop targeted marketing, BD, and communication strategies that reinforce market positioning and clarify the firm’s value proposition;

  • Guide reputation-building initiatives and support partners with strategic market insights.

 

Marketing & Communications Management

  • Oversee digital platforms including the website, social media, internal communications, marketing collateral and events;

  • Manage relationships with external PR and marketing partners;

  • Create and execute short-, mid-, and long‑term marketing and communications plans aligned with organizational goals.

 

Business Development Enablement

  • Support partners and project teams in their business development efforts;

  • Develop data-driven processes to track opportunities, measure performance, and identify trends;

  • Enable consistent, high-quality service to business leaders on all BD initiatives.

 

Team Leadership

  • Be an inspiring leader for your team members;

  • Coach, mentor, and support your team;

  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment across departments;

  • Promote a high-performing, service‑oriented team culture.

 

Main requirements

  • From 10 years of experience in senior leadership role overseeing strategic and operational marketing, communications, and BD functions in a professional services environment in Luxembourg;

  • Must have experience in professional services marketing in an advisory/audit firm;

  • Fluent in English and French is mandatory (German is considered an asset);

  • Strength in coaching, motivating, and aligning high-performing teams.

Your department of work

The main purpose of our Marketing and Communication team is to ensure the promotion of our services through the company website, the social networks and with business clients events, organised in coordination with services lines. The team is also in charge of improving the visibility of our company and the brand awareness, through internal and external communications, with events sponsoring and press relation coordination. In addition, the team provides assistance for offers compilation and documents branding review.
