Marketing and Content Expert - 12 month CDD (M/F)
To temporarily reinforce the team during a one year maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an experienced Marketing & Content Expert for a 12 month fixed term contract, capable of adapting fast, becoming operational and contributing both strategically and hands on in a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the creation, translation and publication of content across multiple channels (website, email, social media, presentations, corporate materials),
Ensure all content aligns with the new brand identity, tone of voice and messaging defined as part of the rebranding,
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, IT, etc) to gather information, validate messages and ensure content accuracy,
Manage and coordinate with external partners, agencies, designers or freelancers involved in content creation,
Apply SEO and GEO best practices (keyword integration, on page optimisation, meta descriptions, internal linking) to improve content performance and build search visibility for the new brand,
You have experience supporting PR activities, including preparing press materials, key messages and coordinating with PR partners when needed.
Contribute to wider marketing and communication projects and initiatives, such as event organisation, lead journey optimisation, ensuring content supports the full funnel and aligns with marketing automation flows.
Your profile :
You have at least 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communication, ideally in an international or B2B environment,
You are fully comfortable working with CMS platforms (WordPress), emailing and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud)
You have knowledge of creative software (Figma, Adobe Suite), collaborative tools (Mural, Jira), SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search console)
You have solid experience managing content projects from concept to delivery,
You can become operational quickly and work autonomously,
You demonstrate excellent writing, editing and attention to detail,
You are highly organised, structured and skilled at prioritising,
You have experience managing budgets and ensuring financial accuracy across projects,
You are comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines,
You show a collaborative, pragmatic and solution oriented mindset,
You are fluent in English.
