Manager / Senior Manager - Client Tax Reporting

You will join a team of six professionals dedicated to producing tax reporting statements for private banking clients located in Luxembourg and Switzerland. This team plays a key role in managing client tax reporting in a dynamic, multicultural environment within Deloitte Solutions Luxembourg.

Your contribution to our success

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:

1. Supervise the production of client tax reports for private banking clients in Luxembourg and Switzerland, leveraging EasyTax (Regnology).
2. Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of all tax reporting deliverables by coordinating workflows within your team.
3. Drive process optimization and use your advanced Excel and SQL skills to automate, secure, and improve reporting procedures.
4. Lead, coach, and develop the team of six professionals, providing technical support and constructive feedback.
5. Contribute to the ongoing development of the EasyTax platform, supporting its adoption and proposing enhancements based on hands-on experience.

Your skills

Diploma

1. Diploma: Master of Science, Engineering degree or Master of Management
2. Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a similar job, either in a bank, in a BIG4 or in a tax reporting boutique
3. Languages: Fluency in English required; knowledge of French or German is a strong asset.
4. Technical expertise: Hands-on experience with EasyTax (Regnology); advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., macros, pivot tables, complex formulas); strong knowledge of SQL. Ideally familiar with PostgreSQL.
5. Leadership: Proven experience managing teams (leadership, delegation, coaching, development).
6. Personal qualities: Strong organizational skills, rigor, analytical mindset, ability to perform under pressure, and flexibility. Demonstrated ethics and a commitment to knowledge sharing.
