Your contribution to our success

1. Lead engagements by setting objectives and scope, developing tailored work plans, and managing project delivery.

Your skills

Must have:

• Diploma: A Master degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in the Investment Management industry, including experience in consulting and business transformation (PMO, BA, Testing).
• Leadership: Proven ability to develop high-performing teams through meaningful opportunities and inspiring leadership.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory.

Nice to have:

• IT skills: Exposure to digital transformation and AI technologies, particularly automation in financial markets.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
