Own and Develop Strategic Mobility Partnerships
Sales-Lentz is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with key national and local mobility stakeholders, with a primary focus on CFL, School Transportation, Luxembourgish communes and all associated products for new mobility solutions.
As part of the Commercial & Client Services Management Team, you will combine strategic relationship ownership, operational follow-up, and financial performance management. This role is central to ensuring contract stability, client satisfaction, and long-term profitability across these strategic client segments.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with CFL stakeholders, commune representatives, and School Transport decision-makers.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned strategic clients.
Ensure strong field presence through regular meetings and commune visits.
Build long-term trust through structured and consistent communication.
Monitor and manage account P&L performance to ensure long-term contract sustainability.
Identify risks and improvement levers impacting margin and service quality.
Support pricing discussions, renewals, and contract evolution with financial and operational insight.
Ensure strong operational follow-up on service delivery, incidents, and client feedback.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment between service delivery and contractual commitments.
Provide market and client intelligence to support commercial and operational strategy.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Client Relationship roles.
Strong ability to manage complex institutional and multi-stakeholder environments.
Solid financial understanding — comfortable working with P&L logic, cost drivers, and margin analysis.
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable balancing field presence, operational follow-up, and strategic client discussions.
Fluent in French and Luxembourgish. English and German are nice to have.
