We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our Change and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a Big Four or similar environment, who is eager to grow in project management and digital transformation.
The Junior Project Manager will report and work under the supervision of our Senior Project and Digital Transformation Manager, and will assist in managing and documenting strategic projects, support system enhancements, and contribute to process mapping and data governance. The role requires strong organizational skills, curiosity for IT and digital tools, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Project Support & PMO Activities
Assist in documenting and tracking ongoing projects and system enhancements.
Support the Senior Project Manager in major transformation initiatives.
Independently manage smaller projects under supervision.
Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and project documentation.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the “BSL Processes Handbook.”
Process Mapping & Business Documentation
Participate in mapping and drafting business processes.
Collaborate with departments to gather and structure process information.
Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and accessible.
IT & Infrastructure Coordination
Act as a backup to the Senior Project Manager for interactions with the IT provider.
Support infrastructure changes, including software migrations (e.g., Bob, Blueprism).
Assist in testing and validating application transfers. Document the migration and assist end users when needed.
Maintain a good understanding of the IT environment and systems.
Data Governance
Support data management activities, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Help implement data governance practices in line with organizational standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper data usage and documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise confidently with internal teams, senior management, and external suppliers.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project-related matters.
The profile:
2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a Big Four or consulting/project environment.
Strong interest in digital transformation and IT systems (no technical background required).
Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Curious and eager to learn about IT and business processes.
